Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Unboxing Video is mandatory. Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Return Process

1.Contact customer service via email or the return portal on our website.                    2.Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from customer service.                      3.Securely pack the items, including the original receipt and RMA number.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you need to exchange an item, unboxing video is must. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
